Please put a teller back in the drive thru!!! There is no reason it should take 11 minutes to perform 1 transaction with only 1 car waiting!!! Otherwise, it’s a great place to bank!

Hire some men maybe. This place was awesome when i first joined. Worst financial institute I've ever dealt with now, and I've dealt with them all. Good luck getting someone to answer phone. Then they're probably going to be rude and not much help. What the heck happened to our credit union!
I don't bank here, but I get free access to their ATMs through Honda federal credit union. more often than not, when I attempt to use one of their ATMs it's out of order. I don't understand why this particular establishment can't seem to maintain functional ATMs, and most other banks and credit union ATMs I use seem to work just fine. It's a great place to work and do your banking!
I have been a member with IH Credit Union since 2008, and have always received excellent customer service. I love that my Kasasa checking account pays me rewards simply for completing my normal banking habits. I have also had many loans with IH and love that my payments can be paid automatically from my direct deposit that goes into my IH checking. Thanks for many years of great service! The growth I have seen in your company in the last few years has me pretty excited about the future of banking with you guys!
