I would give this a zero if I could. The management is totally unresponsive to members needs and poor follow up. There is poor maintenance inside and out in the parking lot. Equipment is sparse for the Forever Fit class and instructors are disrespected.

I would give this a 0 stars if there was an option. The treatment of their members and long time staff is very poor. Ever since the parents turned over the business to their two children it has gone down hill taking away towel service saying they are going green. They are unresponsive to the needs if the clients.

I would not recommend this gym. Was a long time member, and they do not control temperatures well for group exercise. If you want to sweat to extreme humidity in summer or get blasted with extreme heat in winter, this gym is for you. Weights are poorly maintained for fitness classes, plastics are cracked off. They do not respond to their suggestion box. They did not take care of ice after snowfall in fall. It finally melted from sun. They do not respect their employees or the members.
