Opened a membership at the Blair's Ferry location. My first day feels pretty great. Everything is clean and working. Also the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Really nice and up-to-date equipment! Even some styles I haven't seen before but really enjoy using them (referring to the hip thruster)! I used to only hit the gym twice a week but since joining iGym I've upped it too 4 to 5 times a week. And the Sauna is just the cherry on top.
I'm leaving a one-star review until I can get an issue resolved. I spoke with the lady on the phone in regards to a message I got about having my 10-year-old daughter in the gym. It was to my knowledge when I looked it up online that children were allowed in the gym as long as they were accompanied by adult supervision. When I called to get the rundown on the policy I was ridiculed the whole time on the phone and I responded with the same energy. I wasn't giving a solution.
