I'm leaving a one-star review until I can get an issue resolved. I spoke with the lady on the phone in regards to a message I got about having my 10-year-old daughter in the gym. It was to my knowledge when I looked it up online that children were allowed in the gym as long as they were accompanied by adult supervision. When I called to get the rundown on the policy I was ridiculed the whole time on the phone and I responded with the same energy. I wasn't giving a solution. Friendly staff and a very clean environment to work out. A large variety of cardio and weight equipment to choose from!
Nice equipment and not crowded. The gal at the front desk is friendly too. I wish the music was better. Weird loud new age stuff. I have to have my headphones up to drown it out. Play some rock and roll.
This gym is convenient and very clean. The patrons are responsible. The staff is always welcoming and ready to answer questions.
