They don't return emails, don't return calls. Wanted to start a project with them, and didn't get very far along before becoming super frustrated with their lack of communication and customer service. Gave up. Went somewhere else.
We just received the most amazing sign from IGS. We asked them to match a sign that we are going to hang this sign near and they went above and beyond. We are thoroughly pleased with their responsiveness and quality. I never dreamed the product would turn out this good. Amazing job IGS!!!!
