Wrong phone number.
Terrible!! They were a no-show for my post event clean up!! They wasted my time, failed to communicate and failed to show up on the scheduled day. They did not return my phone call on the scheduled day and didn't offer any explanation as to why they left me stranded. Not counting that I wasted my time arranging and confirming everything with them prior to the event. I ended up having to do the post event clean up myself.
