I bought a car from Ian who is a so called Manager the price of the car I purchased was $15.241 then when I looked over the price after I had signed the contract the following day as everything is online no paperwork he added on $3000 that made the purchase price of the car $18.241 when I asked him about it he said every car that comes in they charge a shipping charge although the car was in the lot and I picked it up from the dealership he then said there is a 60 day warranty on the car I took the car to the Mercedes dealer... read more
I inquired about a luxury car on the website priced over $60,000 and spoke with Ian. He gave me his cell number and said he would send me some more information on the car and when he never did I tried texting and calling multiple times on multiple different days. Then I decided to call from a different phone number and Ian picks up the phone right away and tells me that the car had just sold today. So I guess my takeaways are that this dealer has no integrity
Im in pensacola and have been looking for a truck for over year and couldn't find the right one for the right price.. it was either too many miles and too high priced or just flat out too high priced.
