This place is small and unassuming but take notice of Igor! He's the best there is and stuck with him for 4 years now right through the neighborhood barber days
Igor is the man. He's the best barber in town. For 14 bucks you get the best haircut and hot shave.
Isak speaks little English but gives you what you want. Igor is good but a bit overzealous with the elec. clipper.
Best cheap cut in the east village.
