WOW! This is a true customer service driven business. Richard really goes out of his way to help his clients. He has a vast knowledge of Waikiki in general and can help with any computer/Internet need that you may have. Walking in you are met with a fantastic smile, friendly music, and all the aloha you expect out of a Waikiki business. WOW! That's what I have to say about this place. The owner really provides GREAT customer service. The cafe is clean in appearance and odor free. Big monitors and the fastest broadband speed I have experienced in Waikiki. Low rates. Everyone MUST check this place out! I could spend hours (actually, I did) here.
