Came for my installation of IID, Jerry hands down helped me out checking all my boxes the same day. He connected me with an insurance company agent and I was able get my car insured on the spot, while installing IID. After installation went to DMV after came back for my car at the shop. Time was an issue for me but Jerry helped me out big time, very thankful. (Tip) If you need to get your ignition interlock device installed, do contact this shop before an agency. My recommendation.
Jerry was very professional and understanding. Did not make any discomfort of the situation I got it. He even accommodated me when I was on my break. Great guy and his service is not a hassle at all. I heard / research other company’s and this guy will not give you that type of service. He is responsive and takes care of his customers. Do not regret going to him what do ever. His equipment is up to date and won’t give you false negatives. Totally recommend him.
