Alex whipped my butt into shape for my wedding! The difference between the first two photos is only 3 months apart. I also included a photo from my last wedding dress try-on and from my wedding day! Alex does your macros and meal planning for you if you want him to, which was super helpful. Great gym with a very personal touch. Highly recommend giving it a try
I've never had so much fun getting in shape. Alex has it dialed in! The community is great, the equipment is top notch, and the workouts are fun, varied, and challenging. I've never in my life worked out more than twice a week, but somehow now I'm at 5 days. If you're looking for a well programmed boutique gym with a great community of supportive people, you've found it.
