Great gym with a very personal touch. Highly recommend giving it a try
I've never had so much fun getting in shape. Alex has it dialed in! The community is great, the equipment is top notch, and the workouts are fun, varied, and challenging. I've never in my life worked out more than twice a week, but somehow now I'm at 5 days. If you're looking for a well programmed boutique gym with a great community of supportive people, you've found it.
I’ve tried working out on my own over the past decade using at-home workout programs, memberships big-box gyms and franchise club gyms. Alex is great! I have never been a big fan of gyms. He is supportive and very knowledgeable. Classes are small (9 to 12) so you get a lot of good feedback and adjustments to your workout. The equipment is updated and nice. Very clean. Update* still and awesome place... it has been a great experience. Alex and Shannon are awesome...
Great community and strength based system. Better than f45 for those looking to gain muscle
