I've never had so much fun getting in shape. Alex has it dialed in! The community is great, the equipment is top notch, and the workouts are fun, varied, and challenging. I've never in my life worked out more than twice a week, but somehow now I'm at 5 days. If you're looking for a well programmed boutique gym with a great community of supportive people, you've found it.
I’ve tried working out on my own over the past decade using at-home workout programs, memberships big-box gyms and franchise club gyms.
