I wish I could give this facility zero stars. My experience here was far from what I had hoped, and I strongly advise caution when considering this place for your loved ones. While some of the online reviews may seem positive, I believe many of them are misleading and not reflective of actual patient experiences. The true reviews are on Yelp. I went to visit a friend. I found the receptionist to be knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was very clean. The person I visited was comfortable. The unit they show on the tour is nothing like the actual unit you will be living in. She was happy with the physical rehab therapy she was receiving as well as the staff.
As a nurse when we have admissions especially in the afternoon, it's all left to the nurses and cnas to do patient orientation. This evening my sister in law was admitted at Ignite from St Alexius; the customer service we received from the Guest Services was amazing. I worked at Ignite when it was Symphony we did not have such a wonderful patient oriented Guest Services person. He was amazing.
