My overall experience at this facility was poor. If your African American please think twice before entering this facility. Without giving any details they put me out after I filed a complaint with the state. I have a masters degree which seemed to intimidate some staff persons. My initial review was positive however after spending many days in that facility my opinion quickly changed

I stayed at Ignite Crown Point for a couple of weeks. I can not say enough about the physical therapy department or praise them enough! They were absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable! I have to thank in OT Erica, Maribel, Michelle, Collette, and Hayley. I also want to thank in PT Arliza, Donna, Rick, Cara, Amber, and Eryn. They helped me achieve my goals so I could return home. My experience started with a tour of the facility that was top notch by their admissions Marianne, Franciscan hospital recommended this place for my father and as we were walking she introduced me to social services I believe Shelby who had the brightest smile on her face, a blonde said hi without hesitation and I said who's that, she replied with Sarah she's our ACNO and walking through the facility you could tell there are people there who LOVE their jobs and who truly care about the well being of others and to say the lea... read more
