Staff was very friendly and attentive, nurse vernette made sure that I had everything that I needed, medicagion always given on time, CNA Alexia, Alexis and Jessica was so much fun and will answer the call light right away, nurse Tasha was also someone that I could sit and talk with she's so kind.I would definitely recommend Ignite of Crown Point to all of my friends and family.

They are very helpful, nice, and caring. I will recommend Ignite to anyone that would be the Crown Point not Chesterton Ignite. Shout out to my aides Alexis N, Alexia S, Jessica E, Tasha W, Vernette M, morning crew is amazing. Also Taylor P, Sean night crew. They make my experience here great. Also Megan for checking in with me all the time. And manager Sarah. Special Shoutout to Donna and therapy group.

It is a lovely place. Staff are very friendly. Therepists are great. They work hard to rehabilitate you. But maintenance needs improvement. Toilets clogged up, light switch on wall not working, paper on floor , Big hard white spillage on floor had to be scraped off with a scraper due to the length of time it had been on floor, Dirty cups under the bed.These issues are unacceptable.

The staff is very friendly and caring. I subtracted one star due to the scent of the facility. It has an odor at times.
