As much as I would like to give it more stars I can’t. First when my mom first arrived by ambulance it took more than 45 minutes before anyone came to her room, finally when nurse did she seemed so annoyed that we were there we were greeted with a scold and a “this is bad timing, it is very chaotic right now” and then something like “I’ll be back, when I’m done with my other patient”. Pierre the chef is wonderful. I have new dentures and he came in and talked to me and arranged for puréed food intil I ask for it to be changed.
ever since my Father set foot on this great place, it has been a great experience for him. I am so thankful that he came to the right rehabilitation place. My dad is doing great and every day his health and mobility improves a lot. He has became more independent now and loves being there. All staff in this facility are always happy to help. I have been at Ignite Crown Point for 2 weeks now. The staff here is so friendly and nice! I want to especially thank Erin in therapy, Amy my nurse, nurse Sarah, and Megan of hospitality. I have made gains already in my short stay and plan to continue working on my goals here. I can’t thank the team at Ignite enough for all they have done for me this far!
The Ignite team is amazing my mom was treated very well by everyone but I wanna give an extra shot out to her favorite nurse Coco, her favorite CNA Lashaundra, the awesome Ms Eryn (physical therapist), Nurse Tiffany and nothing other than the great Ms Shelby ( social service) and last but not least Ms Megan ( marketing ) you guys made her stay well I thank you all from the bottom of my heart 💙 😇
