Great public service and patient care.
Everyone was very helpful and many employees, from the front desk, to nursing and the hospitality director went above and beyond to make sure my father's needs were attended to. My father and my family were very happy with his stay. Thanks to everyone who helped my father and us along the way.
Ignite crown point is a wonderful facility, great staff. Took very good care of my loved one.
They are severely understaffed. An aide told us they didn't have the staff to do what they are supposed to be doing for the patients. You couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or a call back IF you did get through. Very disappointed in the care or lack of it. This is not a luxury medical resort like they call it. My mother was transferred to a different facility and we are very happy to see staff everywhere. I would not recommend Ignite.
