We were assigned Ignite Mechanical as a third party installer after purchasing a new dishwasher. From the moment they received the work order, they instilled confidence. They knew what questions to ask (I live in a highrise) and anticipated what the issues might be. The installers were professional and prompt. Dishwasher works perfectly and my place is completely clean of any packaging and debris. Thanks so much Ignite!

Can’t say enough amazing things!! We had our water heater have troubles while on vacation and Ignites customer service was top notch. From the time I asked them to come check out what was going on to the time we had a new water heater installed it was around 12 hours. I had my mom watching our house and Kayla made sure my mom had her phone number and kept me in the loop as well! Very much appreciated the quick customer service and very clean install all while I was away on vacation!
Had Ignite come in Monday morning the 25th to fix a leaky trap under the kitchen sink. He noticed another issue and promptly fixed that as well. All within the price quoted. Polite, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend Ignite- honest and fair company.
