Jesse is super knowledgeable, but in a very laid back way. Knows when to push you and when to lay off. One of the best things about his workouts (in addition to the fact that they get you stronger and feeling better) is that he keeps it going with humor (which is huge when you are trying to make it through the next set or rep and feel like you can’t do it anymore). Looking for great place to met you physical goals, Ignite Fitness is the place to be. Jesse and his personal fitness staff will help you achieve your goals. Great atmosphere and equipment that are used to the best of their knowledge. Nothing but positive energy from Jesse and his staff. Most of all, you get results and possibly a life time fitness coach.

I highly recommending Jesse, the owner and master trainer at Ignite Fitness. I've been training with Jesse for 7+ years. He is very knowledgeable, and he keeps current on new techniques and protocols with continuing education. He tailors his training to the goals, needs, age, and capacity of each of his clients. He is personable, funny and respectful of everyone from all backgrounds and orientations. He's firm and will push you, but not beyond what you can do.
