Amazing gym…Niko and the entire team make you feel like family immediately. if you’re looking for a small group training setting this is the place to be
Fantastic gym and trainers. The morning adult class is a thoughtful blend of resistance training and various forms of cardio and conditioning work. Niko designs the daily programs on weekly schedules that usually follow a 8-12 week cycle. The workouts are always different and challenging which keeps it fun and interesting. The training program utilizes the most current training strategies to safely and efficiently build lean muscle , improve your VO2 max, and your overall fitness. I can’t recommend Ignite enough.
Been seeing Niko and staff for over 4 years now. No one understands fitness solutions for all ages/shapes and sizes like Ignite. Whether you are an elite athlete or an average Joe, you will get results in a friendly, safe environment.
