They just finished installing our fireplace. They were superb!! Very responsive and flexible. Cleaned up every time they worked here. We even had them demo two bathrooms we are going to re-do. May even have them do the tile in the bathrooms. very grateful that they were able to haul out other trash items to the dump (just bought the house and doing some remodeling). Shout out to Jeremy, Kyson, Bryson and Wyatt for their hard work.

I am so grateful for the responsiveness of this company. When my gas burner fireplace is not working right … it’s always an emergency for me. The service is speedy and cost effective. Exceptional value for money. The issue is quickly diagnosed and rectified. I always feel treated with courtesy and I trust this company. I recommend them to everyone I know and I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere for installation, service and repair. High praise for work well done.

I had Ignite put in a gas fireplace for me to replace an old one. Took a couple of months for them to get the supplies and get it installed. I have called twice and left messages with name and phone number to get the insert serviced and fix the remote/fireplace connection. They have not contacted me. I do not recommend.

Great experience. We had an issue with our fireplace insert where the pilot was lighting, but the main burner was not turning on. A different company first came out, told us there was a leak in the pilot assembly, and wanted to charge us additional fees for parts and labor in addition to the service fee charge. I called Ignite Fireplace for a second opinion. Rich texted me and immediately diagnosed the problem (that a spider or spider web was blocking the pilot) based on a video I texted him.
