As a mental health advocate and someone who really takes the responsibility of being trusted with helping people find the right therapy for them very seriously , I get to feel very confident in connecting people that are looking for trauma or ocd specific treatment with Ignite. NC Hardy is phenomenal! The only problem with her is i want to be her friend outside of sessions. She's the first therapist i've had that truly checks in on you outside of sessions, takes the time to understand you, and offers actionable advice rather than just making listening noises. She's helped me through some really hard times and been especially helpful with some really pesky insurance issues. 10000% recommend, even if it means her schedule books up because of people reading this :)
