This place is a joke. I started off taking my journey for a vibrating problem. Was told I need a new catalytic converter. Paid for that. Come to find out it was the drive shaft control arm idk so I paid for that but at a discounted rate because they misdiagnosed my vehicle. After that interaction I should have found a new mechanic but gave this place another chance or I should say chance after chance. Customer service was rushed, and the vehicle was left in the same shape; and the owner was hitting on my girlfriend at the time. I have more info if you need it on text by the owner. Plus, he's married with kids.
Ignite auto is one of the best mechanics I've ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable is what I have always wanted and experienced with them.
Had my car looked at twice by Ignite auto for my ac and he couldn’t figure it out. Took my car somewhere else to fix ac problem! And it was my AC fan! And it was done in one visit!
I cannot tell you how happy I was with the work done on my truck. They were quick to diagnose it and fix it within a day! These guys are hard working and this shop is everything!!
