It took 3 weeks to finally connect with her. When I showed up to the appointment, she was on the phone and walked me back to her home office. When she was done she let me know some skin was showing as a result of having to reattach the back brace I have to wear after spinal surgery and it offended her. I apologized and fixed the issue I was unaware of.
