Dr Valdes prescribes you medicines and doesn’t follow through with the blood work requirements on his patients. He caused me to get really sick and be hospitalized for 2 weeks where I almost died. He will let people refill your medicine without seeing him and they don’t have any medical training. His staff is rude and unprofessional and tacky. You always have a long wait time to be seen by him.
The last two appointments I have had with dr. Valdez I had to wait 2 hours each time and each time I’ve gone in to see him they dismiss me within within 5-10 minute. The last time I called for something the receptionist got very rude then hung up on me. While there there were no patients in the back and a room full of patients waiting the nurses were standing around gossiping then got attitudes with the patients when asked about it. I will Ben looking for a new doctor and won’t be referring.
It usually takes a week to get your medication refilled once you have been to your appointment. The office staff will tell you things like they are working on it and they are sorry but it was the system that was down. All cover up and fibs.
I've been seeing Dr. Valdes for about a year. I've had great results, never felt rushed. He is kind, listens and I do like the option to Skype my appt. He does have P.A.'s in his office, once he feels like you are progressing, he does sometimes offer you to see one, but you can still see him. I've never had to wait very long unless he has an emergency or I was a walk in but it still wasn't very long.
Great practice if you want someone who actually cares! Just finished T M S in the office & I couldn't be more happy with the results. I have my life back FINALLY! I feel like God & fate stepped in. Her name is Alison. She has the biggest heart & was always willing to stay late or come in early so I could do my daily treatments while working full time. She provided me with so many tools to help me change a lot of situational issues worsening my depression. I couldn't have done it without her!!!!
I been seeing Dr. Valdez for years. He's very professional and down to earth. Ive never felt rushed like most Drs. I'd highly recommend Dr. Valdez.
This doctor is so cold and uncaring he makes you feel rushed the whole time he has your back to you literally. This establishment uses cellphones as office phones. If you schedule an appointment make sure you are ready to wait for an hour before being seen DON'T DO SKYPE sounds good but they don't have certain time slots to do Skype so it'll be frustrating if you have Medicaid I'm sure you can find better doctors than this guy
Dr. Ignacio doesn't care about patients he cares about office fees and Medicaid charges you meet him once the rest of visits are with unlicensed people whom he signs medication off for at the end of the day.
