Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
The nurse and doctor were very rude. The office and exam rooms were filthy dirty. Gross expereience when I stated that I did not want to continue with the appointment after waiting two hours after appoitnment time they said I would pay anyway. So I waited another half hour once in I was immediately uncomfortable about how dirty the exam rooms were and scared when they tried to use instruments on me. The doctor had no answers and was very rude. Horrible experience stay away.
