They do not maintain the pool clean. They leave it very dirty and let sit there full of algae ,as well as the hot tub for weeks. Every year for the summer. The pool needs maintenance.

This complex was beautiful when I moved in with my son moved in several years ago. At that time maintenance was on site and there was pride in keeping the complex clean and welcoming. I moved out and my son still lives there. Ignacio Hills let go of the Maintenance company and hired a low cost agency. They are practically non existent. Even when it’s been a maintenance emergency they are not available.
