The Alex Mendoza review is a lie. I was one of Alex’s neighbors and moved out because of his car. I lived at ignacio gardens for 16 years and was forced to move because I had two children under 10 and he would wake them up daily. Alex would get up at 4am and idle his car for 30min. His car was obnoxiously loud. Myself and 3 other neighbors complained to Christopher and the manager that took over for Christopher for a few months.
