93 degrees and condenser stopped working . Called Igloo Air and Jim contacted me back within an hour and was out diagnosing the issue and had it fixed same day . Great customers service , highly recommended .
In FL you have to have HVAC company you can rely on and Igloo Air is that - for over 20 years they have been servicing our HVAC units. This recent service required a unit to be replaced. Richard showed up quickly and provided a competitive estimate - within a week the new unit was installed. Very reliable and professional. I will continue to call on Igloo Air for future needs.
True Professional. Met Jim by chance while driving. Explained my situation. He came the next day as promised. Clean professional and got right to work. Fixed our AC/ heating system in 45 minutes. We had no AC or heat for 6 months. Knows his trade, nice guy. Hire him without concern, you’ll be happy you did.
