Jim and the team from igloo air had to completely replace an HVAC system that was under our rental house. The house was very old and the duct work and air handler in bad shape. I had received another quote which was much higher, required a lot of cutting in the floor, and would not use the new AC unit we had just purchased. Thank you so much for your help in getting our air conditioner repaired. They didn’t have the part and had to order it, but they kept us informed as to the status of delivery. They came out about 30 minutes after telling us they had received it. The guys were extremely polite and did a fast efficient job and my house is cooling down. Thank you again for a job well done!
