I will give them this, which is generous. Apparently it is your job to follow up with this location to get the status update of your order. Then when you do, they tell you that after they made the glasses and sent them to the insurance company, they were rejected and had to be sent back, making the date from appointment to receipt of your glasses a month. No one called to inform me. If I had not called, I would not have know. Zero customer service and mind you I still have to pay $$$ to get the glasses. A month later. My adv... read more
