I hired Owen to start managing my property on or around Feb 2023. Since then, I've been paid on time maybe twice with untimely communication. He recently transferred my property over to another manager and is ghosting me about the previous months rent. If you're looking for peace of mind, look elsewhere.
I was a tenant at a location managed by them. Owen is unreliable and untrustworthy.
The company accompanied me for a year. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed, it's a shame I didn't leave earlier. It takes them days to answer emails, the money didn't come to me on time, when you ask them what's going on they respond after days. This escort did not suit me. When the tenant left the property I had repairs to make and in my opinion not a small repair. I asked them what about insurance, surprise they didn't answer the email.
