I have ate at Iggy's 4 times and every time the food has been terrific and the service exceptional. The club sandwich is my favorite along with the onion rings.
A roach was running across our table. I would have appreciated an apology and instead they rolled their eyes and told us they use the best pest control. I don't care who or what they use because a roach was on our table and I lifted my plate before it got on my food. An apology would have been appropriate response not the attitude that we received. I want every one to know how poor the customer service was. After the roach was seen the waitress never returned to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything. All they needed... read more
