Do your homework before you use this lab. Unfortunately, after paying a few $1000 for the testing, no provider will see my child to treat their Lyme disease.
My teenage son is seeing an out-of-state specialist that suspects he has chronic Lyme. He had his blood drawn at that doctor's office a month ago, which I paid out of pocket for. We never received the results and my son's doctor's office followed up and were told that IgeneX lost his blood vials. My very ill son now has to start all over in this process. Nobody from IgeneX even bothered to notify us or the doctor. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

Ignore the low ratings. This company SAVED my life. I tested with them in 2014. I had been suffering for many years with "lupus". Turned out to be lyme and co. THEY caught it. Not any other lab! I'm so glad to say I'm almost normal again. Treatment is long and difficult, but receiving a proper diagnosis is the first step! THANK YOU, Igenex!
