Ignore the low ratings. This company SAVED my life. I tested with them in 2014. I had been suffering for many years with "lupus". Turned out to be lyme and co. THEY caught it. Not any other lab! I'm so glad to say I'm almost normal again. Treatment is long and difficult, but receiving a proper diagnosis is the first step! THANK YOU, Igenex!
As the author of more books on many of these infections, than anyone alive, this is an amazing AAA+ lab respected worldwide. The directors have always been peerless. Researchers and staff are brilliant and in top !%. They saved my families life and vast numbers worldwide. They are exceptional teachers always 5-15 years ahead of large comercial labs.
Cody and Te were amazing. If you’re needing a specialty lab draw, such as Lyme and coinfections make your appt here. Quest no longer draws igenex labs. This was the best lab experience I’ve ever had. And with Lyme disease it’s been many. Best Lyme lab!!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. A nightmare of a human named Jessica is unwilling to provide any assistance. I am not going to waste my money with these jerks who do not care about customers. This is after many emails and voice mails that went unreturned.
I had been sick for 10 years was on LTD...tested for everything, had a lot of issues but couldn't put a name on all the issues till 2010 when I finally had testing done at IgeneX to prove I was really ill and had lyme...even then no one really wanted to believe I had it without doing a canadian test...so now I am better than the first 10 years but have chronic lyme and can manage it better after the diagnoses.
