DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tyler came out to repair a seal on toilet but started explaining how I needed to replace the flange. HE SAYS THE HOME WARRANTY WILL. OT PAY FOR IT THAT I needed to pay for it. Then explained water will get under the tile to the wood floor…THE FLOOR UNDER THE TILE IS CONCRETE SO THAT CONVERSATION DOES NOT APPLY. I recorded the conversation and took picture of the flange and seal before the so called repair.
