Very disappointing experience at this store. The staff seems careless and put no effort into giving good service. I asked a lady at the front which aisle cornflour was in, and she simply replied, i don’t know, I’m new here, you can ask someone else.That kind of response shows a lack of basic customer service. The store really needs better staff training and management attention.
Used to be my go to store for mostly everything given it’s so close to our house, but after it was sold a few months back, it’s no longer the affordable place it used to be. Prices for everything have gone up or products have been substituted by higher priced (and I’m guessing higher margin) substitutes. I would request the new owners to understand that we would love to continue patronising the store if they don’t change the essential character of the store.
