This IGA is always lovely to wander thru. Has a large variety of groceries, dairy and meats. Always a colourful fresh display of high quality fruit. The friendly staff make this clean store a delight to shop at.
Great place to get high quality meat, cheeses and fruit and vegetables. Always friendly staff that genuinely like to work there. And make a great coffee with the little ginger bread man.
Why would you make fresh sushi and put rotten avocado on it then try and cover it with sauce... very disappointing. There is no way it went black like that in 2 hrs when the other 2 in the same pack were nice green and fresh
Never purchase meat at IGA! especially bulk buys! I usually shop at the Russell Island IGA as I live on Lamb Island. Each time I purchased the bulk buy special, it is very disappointing. I thought I'd give it one more try, and as it was raining it was easier to travel to the Bloomfield IGA by bus. I purchase the "Rib Fillet" that was a bulk buy special. Again, the meat was extremely difficult to cut, and having grilled it to medium rare, it tasted like dried leather! All the IGA stores get their meat directly from IGA. And, ... read more
Dear IGA Kitchen Team, I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed your food and service, but today I had an unpleasant experience. I ordered a sandwich and a latte — the sandwich was burnt, the spinach was dried out, and the bread inside was soggy. The latte was so hot that I burned my mouth. Additionally, the service felt unfriendly, which I have never experienced here before. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to maintain the quality I’ve come to expect as a loyal customer!
