Ordered online for the first time (ordered 5 days ahead of delivery), half the items they didn’t have. Delivery time was 9:00-11:00 but it was delivered at 12:20. When I called to ask about tracking they said they had uses DoreDash and could not help me. I guess first and only time then
Amazing fresh salads
Was charged double the price that was marked on the shelf and when I questioned this, they said the ticket price expired yesterday!?! Well, Australian consumer law says that if you're displaying a price, then that is what you should be selling the item at. $9 for 2L Peters Banana split icecream!!??! What a rip-off! It costs $5.50 EVERYWHERE ELSE!! (Including other IGA's which are usually more expensive that the big chains) The customer service attitude from the fellow was very poor as well. This IGA is one of the best around, with the staff being extremely friendly and able to order anything you want within the week!
