Began test driving a GLE and a GLS and decided the GLE was a better fit for our family. Ty kept us in the loop when new trade ins came in that fit our likes. The overall experience was stress free and we never felt like we were getting pressured into making a final decision.

I'm going to give this one a 3 star just because the service rep was friendly and the service on my car took less time then told. As for the overall dealer, I'll give that 1 star and that is for a few reasons. 1) Appearance: Very dark and dingy looking. We had a 10:30 appointment and we got there a little around 10am. We went to the waiting area and it was dirty, trash overflowing, food on the floor, food wrappers, etc. Since the dealer opened shortly before we got there, you would expect not to see that.
