My first introduction to Mercedes service. Janice and other staff welcoming and exceptional with response getting agreements ready. Also made getting a loaner easy!
It was horrible I will never go there again. … I texted Janice with no response, always have a horrible experience it’s like they look down on you despite the fact that I’m getting an 89k car serviced.
Excellent service. Very easy to schedule an appointment. And the man that picked up my car was right on time and very very nice. Service was performed.
