My service advisor Marc was good, no issues with him. The work was fine, had B service for my Mercedes. However , they don’t use seat covers or floor mats( I guess for $700.00 for an oil change and some lube ) there is not enough profit margin to cover these items. I have whiteish leather interior. Took the vehicle in for an A Service visit plus a recall issue. Had a loaner vehicle which worked out well since the recall issue caused delays in having the vehicle serviced. Very satisfied with the overall service.
