First of all, if I could give the service center 0 stars, I would do so. After scheduling service via phone call, they advised that they could not get my vehicle in for 5 weeks. I scheduled everything around this appointment that was 5 weeks out, and on the day of the appointment (July 21st 2026), I was told that the EV tech was not in untill possibly late afternoon. Got a car but the communication with my dealer was almost nonexistent. They promised me mats and never got them. I called repeatedly, unanswered emails and voicemails and I showed up-everything takes forever for orders to come in… I guess over a year for one mat. I already bought the car having a fixed crack in the windshield, was at least hoping for the mats I promised. Chris knew about it… nothing was ever done and that’s disappointing considering they made it seem like they were actually going to do that for me!
