I was told my car repairs would take only two weeks, but it took 50 days. Every time I called, the employees gave me a new completion date, but when that date arrived, they postponed it again until the following week. I was repeatedly given false promises and misleading information. The front of my car was also not repaired properly. The workmanship was poor and the repairs appeared rushed and careless. Took my old 2014 Suburban. Expected a long list of needs. The guys changed the oil and changed the inside cabin air filter and said everything else was great! Quick, easy and honest.
Taylor Spedden in sales was a thoughtful excellent person who helped us evaluate and look at Mercedes products including a 450 wagon they had just received. We noted that we planned to buy from another Mercedes dealer in a different state up front but Taylor contacted us right away when he got a wagon in stock to let us know he had one to look at. I have a GMC Yukon I recently purchased from a private seller knowing full well at that time that there was an issue with the adaptive cruise control.
