It was a very clean establishment and the cars were reasonably priced
We were traveling from Western NY State to Cape Henlopen SP. We started having transmission troubles on our last leg of thr trip. IG Burton service got us in the day we went there and had a new transmission installed in 3 days! A big thank you for such quick caring customer service from Shane and our tech that serviced our truck. They were outstanding! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
I can’t say enough about Burton Chevrolet in Lewes DE. From start to finish the experience was pleasant and the sales and finance departments seriously went out of their way to make sure I was confident and pleased with my purchase. I’d without hesitation, recommend them for your auto needs. A special shoutout to Kaitlyn who was a pleasure to meet and work with.
Angel was great to work with, very personable and knowledgeable of the products. Angel is 5. We had to wait a bit for financing. That experience was also pleasant, just had to wait.
John was wonderful! He answered all of my questions and made sure to reassure me about my deal! He was approachable and made this whole experience the best yet!
