RecommendedZach Montgomery was pleasant, straightforward, and he laughed at my jokes without sounding fake. Becky in F&I was very nice, and as efficient as she could be. The car we bought was properly prepped and Zach did as well as he could at explaining the technology to us older folks who are still living in the age of the manual typewriter. All in all, a good experience. Except for the waiting, always too much waiting.

Took 9 days for a paint repair, I was quoted 3. New tires were also to be installed, service was never performed. No explanation given for the delays or lack of service. Hell of a first impression.
Outstanding dealer! Sales consultant Ron Mistretta is an outstanding consultant, very knowledgeable about the products, very personable, informative and helpful, very much an asset to the IG Burton family. Sales Manager is very customer oriented and personable. The finance director Penni Hope made the financial paperwork closing easy and made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend this store, company, and people to friends and family. Definitely a 5
Purchased my 21 Silverado in July and had a great sales experience. So far the truck as been great. Took it in for service today ( routine)and the service center staff was extremely helpful. So far my experience at IG Burton has been 5 stars
