My 1+ yo Jeep Grand Cherokee had to come in for a latch issue on tailgate and software issue. Kim was amazing. She got me in quickly for an appt and she had the tech try to address the issues quickly and thoroughly since my only option was to wait. (The waiting room is very nice also ) Unfortunately, a part needed to be ordered but within 2 days, Kim had me back in and latch all fixed up. I am retired and have dealt with many service departments. IG Burton is one of the best, they actually treat you like a very important customer, unlike pohanka Chrysler Jeep in Salisbury. The service department is hands down one of the best!
