We pulled into the lot one afternoon just with intent to look. James approached and without any pressure asked if we needed help. We returned a few days later for a trade appraisal and James worked to put us into a 2023 Grand Cherokee with low mileage and with a comfortable price range. No pressure, and very knowledgeable.
Mr. Ron and Mr. Brandon were great to work with. I definitely would recommend this dealership as they were very helpful and knowledgeable on what my needs were.
I have a 2017 RAM 1500. The front fuel tank strap came off due to rust. There is an unconditional warranty on it, instead of a recall, for that strap bracket. It is Warranty Extension X75. They told me they could not honor it due to the rust. The rust is the very reason for the unconditional warranty. The bracket is rusted off, but the frame is fine. I was surprised that they could get me in less than 2 days for a recall but that was about the only good thing. I was told 2 hours for a 9:15am appt. I dropped it off the evening before and was told they would have it back to me by 5:30pm. Ok I get I wasn’t waiting but clearer direction when making the appointment would be great. Then comes the service. The service rep had to ask my question every single time to the technician.
