I love my new Honda, letting go of my old car of 11 years was hard. Alyssa listened and found me a gorgeous new/ used Honda in my budget. Absolutely amazed! On vacation had a breakdown with our truck. Faith at service helped us get in and repaired. So friendly and caring. Sometimes with dealers people get nervous. Not here! I was welcomed, respected, and they cared. They shuttled me back and forth also. I can’t say enough about how good I feel with them after being dealt a bad situation. Thank you for helping us! It means a lot.
We are on vacation at Assateague Stste Patk when our Jeep had a very loose mudflap and was literally ready to fall off. I took the Jeep to IGBurton and the Service manager laid on the floor and fixed it. When I asked him where I check out and pay for this service he waved me on and wished us a safe trip home. Now that is SERVICE! Great place👍
