I purchased a suburban April 3rd with tags that expire July 2nd. Days leading up to my temps tags expiring they knew I needed tags for upcoming holiday weekend with travel. What has been most upsetting is not just the inconvenience, but the complete lack of concern and professionalism I experienced from General Manager Mark. Very nice guy, enjoyed our conversations, felt like he genuinely tried to help me with my trucks issues and I didn’t even mind the wait being he kept me updated on my trucks progress.
