Fantastic service for my emergency tire replacement. Craig was quick, helpful, and did everything to help me get out in time to catch the ferry.
We were very fortunate that the dealership was able to get us in quickly. Our car broke down while we were in Delaware.
The service department was awesome! I was traveling with my mother and sister and had an issue with my BMW X5 DEF fluid. While they were assessing the problem, they had someone take us to lunch, picked us up and arranged for a rental car so we could be on our way. Everyone was Super!!! My vehicle was ready the next day for pickup on our way home.
IG Burton was able to take my car despite not being a BMW, as well as providing excellent service. Anytime I need anything done for my supra (except warranty for obvious reasons) I will be taking it there. The car was in and out within a day and couldn’t be happier with the overall performance. Thank you IG Burton BMW, you’ve got my business for as long as I need service!
