Great lady. Been doing my hair with her for many years. She's the best.
I made an appointment, paid deposit, brought the hair she told me to buy. Drive an hour to her home for her husband to say I just took her to work. He calls her, she text and say she’s sorry can I come tomorrow and I will give you 15 dollars off. She could have texted or called before I drove the hour. The only thing done right in this situation was my refund of the deposit promptly.
Finally found a good hangout location for my hair. Good work.
