The initial scheduling and appointment for an estimate were great. They were timely and professional. The installation took significantly longer than scheduled. The first installation crew had so many issues that another crew from Charlotte had to finish the job. Overall we were happy with the end product but when the drywallers came they found several areas that hadn’t been shaved down which was frustrating.
Very disappointed. I had an appointment for a quote yesterday morning. I waited for quite a while. I called the company in case the person was lost, but the lady that I spoke to didn’t have access to the schedule and didn’t know who was supposed to be coming to quote the job. I waited a while longer and then decided that I should probably go with a different company. No call no show to the quote doesn’t bode well for any work that would be done.
Morgan came out quickly after I called to give a very reasonable estimate. Scheduling went very well. Justin and his crew did an Outstanding job. This exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable cost. I WILL use iFoam again for my next project
It was a great experience with very nice and respectful people. And the team did a great job.
