I was impressed with how responsive the iFOAM team was to my phone calls and e-mails…especially Derek. These days it is hard to get a timely response from home improvement type businesses but the Nashville iFOAM team is an exception. Derek came and educated me on my insulation and end up giving him the job! Needless to say the drafts are gone and my house is warm in these colder days!
