iFlooded is an excellent company. My family experienced a fire and they responded quickly and professionally. They explained the whole process which was great because we’ve never had a fire before. They were always available to answer any questions and they cared for our family as though it were their own. I highly recommend them and would use them again, but hopefully I won’t need to! Lol!

Look elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer. I contact them for some mold remediation that needed to be done for a mortgage refinance. They sent someone out to look, but never provided me with an estimate and did not return my texts.

Would like to commend this company and Mr Alex C on their quick response and professional work. I had an unfortunate accident happen with a sprinkler head which in turn damaged 4 floors below in the afternoon and i was going crazy. I contacted flooded restoration and was able to get a team out to where i was the same night. They set up all there equipment to begin the drying process to avoid any mold build up. And we kept in contact to continue with the repair process. Thank you for your professionalism and promt response.
