iFlooded is an excellent company. My family experienced a fire and they responded quickly and professionally. They explained the whole process which was great because we’ve never had a fire before. They were always available to answer any questions and they cared for our family as though it were their own. I highly recommend them and would use them again, but hopefully I won’t need to! Lol!
Look elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer. I contact them for some mold remediation that needed to be done for a mortgage refinance. They sent someone out to look, but never provided me with an estimate and did not return my texts.
