This past Saturday my Friend Larry went in to the store and they were Awesome! Not only were they able to fix the problem they even stayed 30 minutes passed closing to fix it. Rate was great and he was so pleased. He let them keep the phone once they were able to retrieve my information from iPhone to an LG to use however they see fit. They are professional and we'll worth the money!
