My phone was cracked, I came to IFixYourI in West Palm Beach and I met Chris who actually meticulously paid attention to fix my phone. I believe Chris reflects great credit upon himself and the rest of the staff working at this store for I'm totally satisfied with the quality service he has provided me.

I wish their customer service was diligent. UPS lost one of the items I send for repair and they have not contacted me ONCE for the resolution. If I doesn't call, I know nothing. I was supposed to receive a $100 check for this and they do not follow-up UPS. I'm the one calling to UPS to know the status of the claim and they keep saying the paperwork hasn't been delivered. It's very irresponsible! It's been three months waiting for this. Did I hold back when paying my item? No! You receive it as soon as I received the invoice... read more

excellent place fixed my phone in 20 minutes fast reliable great staff i recommend to all my friends
I will never be going to this place again. They don't know what they're doing. I brought my MacBook with water damage and they said they "fixed it" and I've been computerless for almost a year. I had my friend who repairs computers look at it and they didn't even fix the inside of my MacBook and charged me. I highly don't recommend going here ever.
