ifixyouri didn't repair my phone in more than 3 months and still hasn't refunded my money.
Jose Valentine is the manager and helped fix my phone and was extremely sincere about wanting to help me. Thank you so much! I was very frustrated and he was polite and understanding. That is what I call GREAT customer service, and why I will go back if needed.
This company is a scam. Its’ a typical bait and switch an one hour $109.99 quoted repair has now gone longer than three weeks and they have now tried to triple the price. They admittedly broke additional parts(LCD and home button) on the iPad that they had. They are not disputing they broke the parts. The excuse is no one is perfect we all make mistakes. Now the want $200 plus my son’s iPad to get an iPad in working condition. After I told them no and left, then they called me threatening and trying to intimidate me.
Just went to this store today because my iPhone wasn't charging. It took about 5 seconds to fix because there was lint in my charger port and it was free of charge. It's nice to know that there are honest companies still out there. Ask for Jake! Thanks guys!

Thanks for choosing iFixYouri, Elisabeth. We aim for customer service; your repair is covered by a warranty. Screen replacements are covered for one year (excluding accidental damage). All other replacement parts are covered for 90-days.
Just got my phone fixed from here. Went in and they told me it was gonna be $130 for an iPhone 6plus. I told them I called yesterday and they said it was $119... He was like oh.. My bad.. Anyways after a 4 hour wait which I didn't mind, I got my phone back. Screen quality is horrible. Front camera photo quality is horrible. Only reason I'm not going back in to yell at them is cause I just needed to fix my screen for my upgrade. Don't get your phone fixed here they use horrible quality screens.
