Super responsive staff and highly knowledgeable techs. Came in for Windows 11 and TPM module. My lights in my PC also got fixed and I got a free antenna. Would highly recommend them especially for custom built PC help!
Walked in and out! Told the gentleman at the desk that my iPhones charging port was not working. He immediately guessed what was wrong. Took a look cleaned it up, and gave it back to me free of charge! I really do appreciate it! I understand it was a simple fix of the port just needing clean but, I other places that would have taken advantage of that and charged me for it. Thank you for you honesty and customer service!
I had about 5 years worth of music on my laptop and I thought everything would be gone after it mysteriously shut off one day. Took it to this store and it was fixed in only 3 days. Everybody was super helpful and friendly. I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. I am now happily backing up all my files to an extended hard drive without having to worry about restarting 5 years of work. THANK YOU YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
Great experience, needed a pc cord because I was missing some delivered parts and called and got a great price for one. Rushed over and was there for only 2 minutes and back to working on my project. Super life saver will definitely be a returning customer.
I went in with my iPhone not charging at all. Figured I’d take my chances going here to get it cleaned or repaired expecting to pay some crazy amount of money. Not only did they take my phone, clean out the charger port and make it work exactly as it’s supposed to, but they did it entirely for free and in 5 minutes…phenomenal work, I’ll be coming back. Thank you guys.
