I had about 5 years worth of music on my laptop and I thought everything would be gone after it mysteriously shut off one day. Took it to this store and it was fixed in only 3 days. Everybody was super helpful and friendly. I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. I am now happily backing up all my files to an extended hard drive without having to worry about restarting 5 years of work. THANK YOU YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
I dropped by after best buy gave me an outrageous pricing for just a diagnostic test for my gaming pc, it's a real down to earth place that makes you feel like you are at business that cares more for the customers then the image. The guy named Justin who not only explained the issue to me in a clear and easy way but was even down to earth on the phone. These guys are the real deal, and I would gladly recommend this place who is looking for an honest repair to any electronic.
These guys and gals here are super fantastic! I’m in an electric wheelchair and a super tiny wire in the hand control broke loose. No way to fix it myself, so I sent my husband to see if they could solder the tiny thing for me. I managed to dismantle the chair enough to take the hand control itself. Took him 3 minutes to fix it. One little dab and Boom! Fixed! I use them for my computers both at work and at home. Highly recommend! They warranty their work. Great prices on used computers.
Carried my iPhone to the I fix it in Jacksonville NC on Henderson drive. The employee was great repaired my phone right there and didn’t charge me a dime. Great place very professional. I had a great experience at iFixNC thanks to Dessniaah! She was professional, friendly, and efficient while replacing the charging port on my iPhone. She diagnosed the problem very quickly, as my phone was stating that it was overheating. The repair was done quickly, and my phone now charges perfectly like brand new.
