I had about 5 years worth of music on my laptop and I thought everything would be gone after it mysteriously shut off one day. Took it to this store and it was fixed in only 3 days. Everybody was super helpful and friendly. I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. I am now happily backing up all my files to an extended hard drive without having to worry about restarting 5 years of work. THANK YOU YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
Great experience, needed a pc cord because I was missing some delivered parts and called and got a great price for one. Rushed over and was there for only 2 minutes and back to working on my project. Super life saver will definitely be a returning customer.
Beyond helpful. I requested a new charging port bc I thought that’s what I needed my iPhone was being finicky but instead they cleaned it out for me and now it’s charging great! Honest, kind and very fast. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for phone and computer needs.
I dropped by after best buy gave me an outrageous pricing for just a diagnostic test for my gaming pc, it's a real down to earth place that makes you feel like you are at business that cares more for the customers then the image. The guy named Justin who not only explained the issue to me in a clear and easy way but was even down to earth on the phone. These guys are the real deal, and I would gladly recommend this place who is looking for an honest repair to any electronic.
I been fixing phones for 5+ years now. Ran into a problem that required some advanced repair skills. Beau at iFixNc in Jacksonville did some micro soldering and fixed it up within 30 minutes! I highly recommend them for device repairs.
