Was initially impressed with their service but was scammed on their “better than glass” film screen protector. Spent 400 getting my screen replaced and getting their recommended SP and my phone is broken again only a month later. Just stick to the glass screen protectors. Other than that great service.

Super happy with IFixNC in New Bern! They recovered all of my files quickly from my old computer which stopped working and would not start up, due to complete hard drive failure. Exceptional customer service along with reasonable pricing. Thank you All!

They were friendly and professional. My computer was fixed quickly and for a little over half the cost another local shop quoted. I highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with iFixNC, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Dessniaah. I went in about a week ago for a phone repair and paid $195, including an added warranty. Within three days, the screen cracked from underneath due to what appeared to be faulty placement—not normal wear and tear. I was told I could return for a free replacement and repair. JESSY IS AMAZING, went in to change a part in my phone since it wasn’t charging, turns out it was just dirty. She cleaned the phone out and explained that it was very common. News to me, she was very nice and explained everything in a great matter. Will be bringing anything that breaks to this location to fix. Thank you!
