Zach was great! I thought I needed a charging port replacement and they looked over my phone to discover that it is fine and just needed a good cleaning 🤷🏻♂️. Saved me over $130 with their honesty! Definitely recommend these guys as they were upfront and honest when they could’ve easily not been just to make a quick buck. Thanks guys!

this is my 3rd time using iFix over best buy. Zach and the entire team are just golden at what they do. Patience and Quality is an amazing combo and they absolutely take the time for their customers. My personal note is always go local before you go the Big Name and you'll surprise yourself. Had Justin come over and fix some computer problems today, and was very impressed with his manner of doing business. He is very sociable and fixed my computer in no time flat. I enjoyed the entire he was here and even learned a few things about technology. I would certainly recommend him for any computer problems you might encounter.
Zack went above and beyond to get my phone fixed. I came in with a broken screen about 40 minutes until closing and told him I was leaving at 3 in the morning to drive back home. Zack not only made me his top priority but he was also willing to make sure he got the job done no matter how long it took. Ended up knocking it out in 20 minutes. Excellent service
