I have gone in twice now to have my charging port cleaned because my charger wouldn’t dock. The first time it was cleaned by Vianne and she did a great job and was fast and helpful. Most recently it got debris in it and I immediately took it to them for help. This time I was helped by Tyler and Morgan. They got me back up and running quickly again. I would love to thank IFIX COMPUTER REPAIR for their time and patience with me. My work computer went down and I needed immediate help and although they where shorthanded the helped me out in a matter of hours. I was happy with the work they did, but most of all the front desk person was amazing. Keep up the good work.

Was initially impressed with their service but was scammed on their “better than glass” film screen protector. Spent 400 getting my screen replaced and getting their recommended SP and my phone is broken again only a month later. Just stick to the glass screen protectors. Other than that great service.

Super happy with IFixNC in New Bern! They recovered all of my files quickly from my old computer which stopped working and would not start up, due to complete hard drive failure. Exceptional customer service along with reasonable pricing. Thank you All!

iFixNC in New Bern, NC is amazing. The prices are very reasonable and the knowledge the techs have is amazing. Turnover time was exactly as stated. Less than an hour!!! Love this place. Highly recommend if you need your phone or devices fixed to go to iFixNC. They have plenty of locations too.
