iFixNC in New Bern, NC is amazing. The prices are very reasonable and the knowledge the techs have is amazing. Turnover time was exactly as stated. Less than an hour!!! Love this place. Highly recommend if you need your phone or devices fixed to go to iFixNC. They have plenty of locations too.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with iFixNC, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Dessniaah. I went in about a week ago for a phone repair and paid $195, including an added warranty. Within three days, the screen cracked from underneath due to what appeared to be faulty placement—not normal wear and tear. I was told I could return for a free replacement and repair. Just knew my Laptop was forever broken and techs at IFixNC proved different! My Laptop was repaired and now working fine. Kept me informed with updates and very professional. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with my product at this location. My iPad was there for 3 months without any repairs. There was also a great lack of communication. I felt like I was bothering them the few times I’ve called over 3 months. As a business owner, I’d never say “don’t go to this location.” I’m just sharing my experience. I’m sure they are better with fixing phones.

Location is Wilmington. Michael quickly answered my questions. I dropped off my IMac before lunch and he had it ready for pickup the same day. Can’t beat that!!! He thoroughly explained the new log in procedure. Everything is working properly. Thank you Michael and IFixNC.
