I brought in my notebook computer. There were several things wrong. I was locked out by a Lenovo troubleshooting program and didn't have a recovery disk. That was fixed almost immediately.The precipitating incident was a USB to video connection. But I didn't know that. They gave me a backup of the movable files in the computer. And ran diagnostics. I had a cracked screen where the screen wasn’t accepting any touch commands. I called up to check if they had my screen in stock, which they did, dove over and had my screen and diagnostics completed within approximately 2 hours. The service technician explained what the diagnostics report indicated in easy to understand terminology while handling my phone back working as it had before it had been damaged.
