Do Not use Rashad! This was my second time using Rashad. First time replaced alternator and did a good job. Hired him to replace my water pump. He disassembled everything and broke a bolt. Never returned to complete job and would not return calls. Rashad left with my tensioner belt pulley and the new one cost me almost $300. Not a reputable guy. Was without car for a week and a half waiting on part and then having to do the work myself.
I called him to come and help. We were on a road trip to Virginia and my husbands car broke down in Atlanta. I called and he said he’d be there in 30 minutes. He never came and I called him back and I got no answer. If you don’t like being a mechanic then quit! Don’t waste people’s time!
I had the starter in my truck go back. He came out late at night to help me and stayed until the job was done. Great service!
