He was able to take my phone apart in less than 45 and figure out that something was wrong with the main board, provided his actual recommendation (when he could have just upsold me instead), and let me know the most cost effective solution to me getting a replacement. Definitely 10/10 service.
I honestly thought my phone was done for after it got soaked during a heavy rainstorm. These guys opened it up, checked the damage, and managed to save my photos and contacts. The phone has been running normally ever since. Very grateful for the effort they put into it.
